Community Variations in Low-Income Latino Familie’s Technology Adoption and Integration, published late 2015, by Dr. Vikki Katz and Dr. Carmen Gonzalez where they discuss their research in technology and broadband adoption variations in Low-Income Latino Families’ from three school districts in Arizona, California, and Colorado.
