Evelyn Moreno who will be graduating this Spring with a major in Urban Applied Anthropology, was recently granted permission to conduct field research at a high school in Montebello, CA. Evelyn will spend the next sixteen weeks doing reasearch on the communication environment within the high school and the surrounding communities. With her research, Evelyn will explore the extent to which the school, family, and local community interact to communicate to students the importance of education.
